Terms and Condition

Visitor Terms and Conditions for Expo/Exhibition:

During attendance at the IRTS 2023 Expo/Exhibition, visitors agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Visitors shall behave in accordance with safety regulations, public order regulations, and other rules applying to the respective Vigyan Bhavan, Science City, and the Expo/Exhibition venue.
  2. Visitors are obliged to immediately follow any directions and instructions given by officials of IRTS 2023 or staff from the Venue. If any official considers that a Visitor is behaving in any manner that contravenes regulations, standards, directions, or instructions, the Visitor may be denied further attendance at the IRTS 2023 Expo/Exhibition.
  3. Visitors shall not hinder other visitors, including, but not exclusively, by blocking their view of presentations or exhibition displays for an extended period or by creating excessive noise or other nuisances.
  4. Visitors shall only consume food in designated cafe/restaurant areas and outside spaces.
  5. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the Venue.
  6. Visitors are not allowed to bring pets or other animals into the Venue.
  7. Use of mobile phones or other electronic equipment should be done with consideration for other people.
  8. Visitors shall not touch objects on display unless explicit permission is granted.
  9. Visitors shall not take photographs or make video or film recordings without the written consent of the Company or the respective exhibitor.
  10. Visitors shall not engage in any commercial activity or promotion except on exhibition stands with prior agreement from the Company.
  11. The Organiser/event Manager may demand that bags and cases carried by a Visitor be searched in special cases, where this is reasonably considered necessary in the interests of general security. Additionally, a Visitor may be asked to submit to a security search of their person by specially trained staff when reasonably necessary. Refusal to cooperate may result in denial of further access to the Venue without entitlement to a refund of the admission ticket price or other costs.
  12. In special cases, the Organiser/event Manager may direct that Visitors are not permitted to use cameras, video, film, sound, or other recording equipment, or mobile phones, or other means of wireless communication in the Venue. In such cases, officials of the Company, identifiable as such, are authorized to demand that Visitors hand over such equipment for safekeeping while present in the Venue. Refusal to cooperate may result in denial of further access to the Venue without entitlement to a refund of the admission ticket price or other costs. Visitors should be aware that other visitors may possibly take photographs in the Venue.

Please note that the terms and conditions listed above are subject to change based on space and requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the Expo/Exhibition and the safety and Security of all visitors.
